A molding including a portion (M1) formed of hard rubber (R1), a portion (M2) formed of sponge rubber (R2), and a portion (M3) formed of a hybrid (R3) of the hard rubber and the sponge rubber. The hybrid is effectively formed by simultaneously introducing the hard and sponge rubber into a flow port communicated with an extruding opening (11a) of a molding die (D) whereby the molding is formed in one extruding process and from only two types of rubber. Apparatus for manufacturing the molding includes a feed pipe (21) for feeding the hard rubber, a feed pipe (22) for feeding the sponge rubber, and a molding die (D) having an extruding opening (11a) and at least three flow conduits (C1, C2, C3) communicating with the extruding opening.
