CONSTITUTION:Image data is inputted from an image data input part 2, the data is stored in an image memory 5, the starting point of the ruled line for image data is inputted from an input part 1, the coordinate of the starting point is acquired in a designated point coordinate acquisition part 7, ruled line location information is calculated from the coordinate in a ruled line location information calculation part 12, the part surrounded by the ruled line of the image data within an image memory 5 by the ruled line location information is segmented in an image data segment part 13, the character in the segmented image data is recognized and the character is converted into character code data in a character recognition processing part 14, and the character code data is transferred to the designated area of an area where the document preparation (edition) of an application program processing part 16 is performed in a transfer part 15. |
