The personal ioniser device which can be used on the move, continuously, includes electrodes (12) and (13) which emit negative ions and are in close contact with the nose and/or the mouth of the user, these electrodes being included in a perforated ioniser casing (9) which also contains a carbon filter (16) and, additionally, a disc (15) impregnated with essential oil(s); the said casing being fixed to a foldable headset (1) or to any other fastening means by an adjustable arm (6) and is furthermore connected by a connection cable to a negative-ion generator (11) comprising a step-up voltage converter and regulator, the said generator fitted with its power source being housed in a portable satchel. <IMAGE>
