PURPOSE:To automate the preparation of a plan by obtaining an ideal load of a production order determination dwelling house according to a specified procedure, assuming a next production dwelling house in order among the rest dwelling houses to add its load and obtain a temporary load, and evaluating a difference between the temporary load and an ideal load according to a specified procedure to calculate evaluation value, and setting the dwelling house with minimum evaluation value in the next production order. CONSTITUTION:A load fij given to production conditions (j) by a dwelling house (i) is recorded into a database 12 beforehand. (N indicates the number of production, (i) indicates each of them, and (j) indicates each production condition). An expected production is received by a load application means 11 through a communication line 31, and a total load calculation means 13 calculates a total load A1 by an expression I, and an average load calculation means 16 calculates an average load Bj by an expression II. A cumulative load calculation means 15 calculates cumulative load for up to K-1, and a distance calculation means 21 obtains temporary load by addition of the load of a temporary Kst dwelling house, and calculates a distance from an ideal load Djk obtained by the expression III. An evaluation value calculation means 14 evaluates a value obtained by dividing the distance Ei by the total load Aj according to a specified procedure, and Kth dwelling house is determined by a production order determination means 17. |
