The invention relates to a manufacturing process for producing foodstuffs in the form of a ready-to-use long-life micronised powder, which consists in mixing solid products or products which have been solidified by freezing with starchy (amylaceous) products, in treating these co-products by instantaneous UHT-type sterilisation in a cooker/extruder followed by a rapid reduction in particle size so as to refrigerate, dehydrate and pulverise the co-products whilst preserving their nutritional and organoleptic properties. The invention also relates to the foodstuffs thus obtained. |
