PURPOSE:To effectively recycle a waste glass wool product and obtain a compression-molded article having excellent physical properties by compression- molding a bulky lump as a mixture of the waste glass wool fibrous material and binder into a specified shape. CONSTITUTION:A waste glass wool product 20 is opened by a machine 25 to obtain a waste glass wool fibrous material 21. A long glass fiber is then added to the material 21 or not, and the material is mixed by a mixer 35 along with a binder 31 to obtain a bulky lump 30. The lump 30 is introduced into a specified forming die 40 and compression-molded into a specified shape along with the binder to obtain the desired formed article. This formed article is the compression-molded article of a waste glass wool product formed by compression-molding a bulky lump obtained by mixing a waste glass wool fibrous material formed by opening a waste glass wool product with a binder into a specified shape. |
