<p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for the menu selecting operation of a work station or the like adopting a pop-up menu system by improving the operability of a user interface system. CONSTITUTION:At the work station adopting the pop-up menu system, the window display of a menu for item selection is performed at a certain position so that a mouse cursor (+) can be correspondent to the position of a mouse in the biginning of menu display and can designate an item (c) with the highest possibility to be next selected based on the condition of selection in the past. Thus, the item with the highest possibility to be next selected in the menu, namely, the item (c) frequently selected in the past can be selected without moving the mouse.</p> |
