PURPOSE:To obtain a structure for fitting an indoor machine for airconditioning equipment which can be transported without breaking a height limitation and enables fitting of the indoor machine to the ceiling of a building unit and also a method for fitting this indoor machine. CONSTITUTION:A unit type building 1 such as a residence to which a structure for fitting an indoor machine for air-conditioning equipment is applied is constructed by combining a lower-story building unit 2, an upper-story building unit 3, etc. The structure for fitting the indoor machine is a structure wherein the indoor machine 10 for air-conditioning equipment for the lower-story building unit 2 having a size from a ceiling panel 27 of the lower-story building unit 2 to a space between floor joists 38 of the upper-story building unit 3 is fitted to the ceiling panel 27 in the unit type building 1 mentioned above. Therefore, even the indoor machine 2 having a large height can be fitted to the lower-story building unit 2. |
