ID CARD-PREPARING DEVICE AND ID CARD

PURPOSE:To complete the recording of a face photograph and a certification seal in a short time and shorten the cycle of formation of an ID card by printing a letter information on the ID card in compliance with a printing format set variably. CONSTITUTION:An ID number read by an ID number input device 4 is input by an EWS 2 which is transferred to a host computer 11 and the ID information such as address and name transferred as a data corresponding to the ID number is stored in a hard disk in the EWS 2. A signal of a face photograph of an applicant photograph taken by a video camera 9 is converted into digital by an image processor 6 and stored in a frame memory, and then transferred to the EWS 2 via an SCSI bus. The given ID information and a first image data transmitted from a host computer 11 as a couple are output to,an ID card information printer 8 by the EWS 2. The face image and the ID information are printed on the given card by the ID card information printer 8 to make an ID card.
