PURPOSE:To provide a film having deodorization effect by forming a mixed layer containing catalyst for deodorization, a recessed and projected layer having a pattern like grains and spots, and a fluororesin layer on a black ceramic layer. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic layer D in which coating containing polytitanocarbosilane varnish and heat-resistant pigment which are main components is turned into ceramic is formed on a basic material E of a wall surface of a heating chamber. The coating in which fluororesin and for deodorization are mixed in the coating for undercoat film is applied on the ceramic layer D to form a mixed layer A. Zeolite, Mn, and Pt catalyst are added to the pigment having complex catalyst composition, i.e., compound oxides, in which adsorption material which adsorbs odor component and catalyst powder which decomposes oxidatively odor component are blended for black finish. A mixed layer B having a pattern like grains and spot is formed on it to make oil oozing due to food unnoticeable, and odor component is adsorbed and decomposed oxidatively by catalyst at the same time. A fluororesin layer C on it is finished in marble or thin film because adsorption and catalyst effect are reduced if the film becomes too thick. |
