摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion of a belt and to avoid the generation of a slip, by projecting a part of an Aramid short fiber from a friction transmitter, and burying the short fibers to expose a part of a nonaramid short fiber on the side surface of the friction transmitter. CONSTITUTION:In a V-shaped rib 6, an Aramid short fiber 7 with an excellent antiabrasive property, and a nonaramid short fiber 8 whose antiabrasive property is less a little, are buried by maintaining the orientation in the width direction. A part of the Aramid short fiber 7 is projected a little from both side surfaces of the friction transmitter of the V-shaped rib 6, while the nonaramid short fiber 8 is buried to expose a part of the short fiber 8 on the end face of the short fiber of the single plane form, on both side surfaces of the v-shaped rib 6. Since there are the projections of the Aramid short fiber at the V-shaped groove wall surface of a pulley, and the V-shaped rib 6 side surface of the belt, immediately after the installing when the tensile force of the belt is high, the generation of the abrasion of the V-shaped rib 6 of the belt is suppressed. And after a long period of running of the belt, the projections of the Aramid short fiber 7 are cut off, and the cutting ends of the short fiber are exposed to the side surface of the V-shaped rib 6. As a result, the generation of a slip is also suppressed.
