<p>PURPOSE:To attain such functions that display of a real-time locus, checking operation of an interference zone, display of analog/digital signals, etc., by sampling the signals fetched by an exclusive adaptor at a fixed time intervals and then converting these sampled signals into the digital information in time series. CONSTITUTION:The information is previously supplied for prescription of an operating range and an interference area of a machine. In regard of an input form, a prescribed route (reference locus) is supplied in a numerical expression or in a data string. Then, an alarm is generated when the distance is larger than a fixed level, from the prescribed route. A locus is displayed two- dimensionally or three-dimensionally in a graph based on the position information data of the time series data. The operation of the machine is displayed and monitored in real time in accordance with its actual operation. The machine is continuously and repetitively operated on the same route so that an operator can visually recognize the occurrence of some abnormality. Then, the time series data are stored and then analyzed and displayed in an off-line way. Thus, the operating locus of the machine is regenerated.</p> |
