<p>PURPOSE:To allow the equipment to cope with the revision of subordinate destination flexibly by executing subordinate synchronization even when a clock extract unit is mounted on any position in a unit-track. CONSTITUTION:One reference clock line 151 is used in common for the equipment and an alarm signal generating function is provided in each of clock extract units 12-1-12-n, and alarm signal outputs of each unit are multiplexed to one corresponding to the mount position of the units in time division control multiplex in a rack 11 so as to be processed in a common processing unit 13. The alarm information is rearranged in the order of subordinate destination units whose information is designated in the common processing unit 13 and a clock extract unit to be subordinated next is decided from the information and a reference clock transmission permission is outputted to the unit based on the mount position. A reference clock is outputted to the reference clock line 151 from only the clock extract unit receiving a transmission permission and the subordinate synchronization is executed.</p> |
