An automatic transmission oil cooler is provided to improve cooling performance by changing a sequence of an oil passing order in a water-cooled oil cooler and an air-cooled oil cooler according to temperature of cooling water. An air-cooled oil cooler(12) is connected to a torque converter of an automatic transmission by a first line(20) to cool oil exhausted from the torque converter. A water-cooled oil cooler(14) is connected to the air-cooled oil cooler by a second line(22) and to the automatic transmission by a third line(24) to cool the oil. A first bypass line is connected between the first line and the third line to bypass the oil so that the oil exhausted from the torque converter is flowed in the water-cooled oil cooler. A second bypass line is connected between the first line and the third line to bypass the oil so that the oil passing the air-cooled oil cooler is flowed in the automatic transmission.
