PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve advantageous for reducing the size. SOLUTION: The solenoid valve comprises a body 2 having an inlet port 30, an outlet port 31, and a master valve port 32, a master plunger 4, a master valve element 5 for opening the master valve port 32, and a master energizing element 6 for energizing the master plunger 4 in the direction of closing the master valve port 32. The master plunger 4 includes a slave operating chamber 45, a slave valve port 53, a slave plunger 8 for opening and closing the slave valve port 53, and a slave energizing element 47 for energizing the slave plunger 8 in the direction of closing the slave valve port 53.
