A method for repairing a road and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase sliding resistance on the repaired road surface and to obtain the durability of the road by spraying the emulsion from emulsion asphalt storages. An apparatus for repairing a road comprises first and second emulsion asphalt spraying parts, and aggregate spraying parts. The emulsion asphalt spraying parts spray the emulsion from emulsion asphalt storages. The aggregate spraying parts spray the aggregates from aggregate storages. The first emulsion asphalt spraying part includes a body(120), an asphalt supply hole(130) for receiving the emulsion asphalt, and an asphalt spray hole(140) for spraying the emulsion asphalt. A removing part(150) is placed at the rear of the asphalt spray hole to scratch the excessive emulsion asphalt.
