A terminal connector for an underground power distribution wire is provided to repair the underground power distribution wire through a through hole by moving an upper base to one side and exposing the through hole of a lower base, and deal with a fire in the pipe line by transmitting a warning signal through a wireless transmitter. An underground power distribution wire(2) passes through a base(10) vertically and buried in a pipe line. A terminal connector(4) is connected with a power distribution unit(3a) of a power distributor(3). The base includes a lower base(11) which is formed with a through hole(11a) and with a rail(11b), and an upper base(12) in which a roller is placed at a lower side. The power distribution unit and a case(3b) are installed at an upper side. The terminal connector includes a bracket(40), a connector body(50), a connecting terminal(60), a solenoid device(70), an upper base transfer device, a controller, a fire sensor(100), a wireless transmitter, and an input device. The connector body is downward pressed by a spring(51). The connecting terminal has a connecting socket(61) which is detached from the power distribution unit. The upper base transfer device has a screw shaft, a driving motor, and a transfer block. The fire sensor is connected with the controller.
