Method is realized by physical method without use of chemicals, in which is eliminated the thermic creation of next toxic additives as polychromizing bipheniles and furans, next dioxines and polyaromatic hydrocarbons. Device consists of metal netting filter (1), continuous centrifuge (2), storage discharging reservoir (4) degassing column (9), water cooler (10) tempered reservoir (13) from first double-degree gradient short-way film molecular evaporator (15) connected with second double-degree gradient short-way film molecular evaporator (43), from film photolytic reactor (54), from adsorber (60), from calorifier (33) an from preheater (39) of second molecular evaporator.
