PURPOSE:To obtain a molding equipment which is capable of inhibiting generation of a burr without increasing mold damping force in the case of applying an injection molding method and is inexpensive in the cost of equipment. CONSTITUTION:A molding equipment is equipped with a cavity 4 for molding, a forming mold 1 having a gate 5 and an overflow chamber 7 communicated with the cavity 4 for molding, a gas blowing mechanism 8 described below and a dwelling imparting mechanism 36 which blows gas into the overflow chamber 7 in order to impart dwell to a hollow molded body. The gas blowing mechanism 8 blows gas into molten synthetic resin R in order to form the hollow molded body by forming a hollow part in molten synthetic resin R injected into the cavity 4 for molding through the gate 5. The injection pressure of molten synthetic resin R can be comparatively low set by equipping this dwell imparting mechanism 36. Further the need for increasing mold clamping force is eliminated. |
