PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo control device that is able to securely compensate for voltage decrease or voltage increase, resulting from an operation for turning on or turning off a dynamo.SOLUTION: A dynamo control device comprises: breaker turn on/off determination means 81 that determines an operation for turning on/off a breaker 2; estimated voltage-fluctuation value calculating means 82 that calculates an increased or decreased estimated voltage fluctuation value of output voltage of a dynamo 3, which occurs when a load 4 is turned on/off by the operation of the breaker 2; voltage command value alteration means 83 that alters the voltage command value of an AVR5 to a value obtained by adding or subtracting only an estimated voltage fluctuation value at a point in first time that the breaker 2 is turned on/off by the relay turning on/off determination means 81; and breaker operating means 84 that outputs an operation command to turn on/off the breaker 2 at a point in second time that a detected voltage fluctuation value reaches 1/2 of an estimated voltage fluctuation value at or after the first point of the output voltage of the dynamo 3, and that returns the voltage command value of the AVR 5 to a value before the alternation by a voltage command value alteration 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
