The present invention relates to a humidifying member with an excellent hygroscopic property, which is formed of composite materials including a high absorbent material and a shape maintaining material, wherein a surface contact angle is 50 degrees or less, and a manufacturing method for the same. According to the present invention, the humidifying member forms a pleated shape using the high absorbent material so the humidifying member has basically excellent absorption performance. Thus, the humidifying member also has excellent shape maintaining performance by mixing the shape maintaining performance to maintain the shape. Also, according to the present invention, the humidifying member has an excellent hydrophilic property in comparison with an existing humidifying member and, as a result, can prevent the degradation of the absorption performance in accordance with the shape maintaining material, as the surface contact angle is 50 or less by plasma processing in an oxygen (O_2) atmosphere. |
