PURPOSE:To provide a gas-cooled current lead without causing the adhesion of frost on a current supply terminal. CONSTITUTION:In a gas-cooled current lead 14 for supplying a current to a superconducting equipment 13 installed inside a low temperature liquid 12 within a cryostat 11, a cooling gas discharge pipe 20 is provided for discharging the cooling gas from a position sufficiently apart from a current supply terminal 15 and also a thermal anchor 19 is provided as a heat exchanger between a connecting part to the superconducting equipment 13 of the current lead 14 and a current supply terminal 16 and the cooling gas discharge pipe 20. |
