PURPOSE:To make line inseparable against vibration. CONSTITUTION:In a modular plug inserted in/connected to a modular jack 10, the modular plug has a plug body 15 having slits 16, contact point terminals 21 housed in the slits 16 and wiring 18 connected to these contact point terminals 21. The pressure contact surfaces 22 of the contact point terminals 21 brought into pressure contact with contact point pins 13 of the modular jack 10 are inclined in the pressure contact direction of the contact point pins 13.
