PURPOSE: A bracket assembly for installing a projector is provided to adjust a scanning angle of a projector easily and to enhance a radiation effects through a radiation fan in the projector. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling fixing member(20) both end portions thereof are fixed on a ceiling. A left and right rotating member(30) the upper surface thereof is rotatably combined in the left and right directions to the ceiling fixing member(20). A connecting member(40) is combined to the left and right rotating member(30). A left and right rotating unit comprises the ceiling fixing member(20), the left and right rotating member(30) and the connecting member(40). The ceiling fixing member(20) has left and right rotating slots(20a) being formed at the central portion thereof in a predetermined interval. Both ends of the ceiling fixing member(20) are bent and the member(20) is closely contacted with the ceiling by bolts. The left and right rotating member(30) comprises a box-typed main body(32) and a pair of supporting flaps(34) being protruded from the front rear end of the main body(32) toward the lower direction. The connecting member(40) comprises a main body(42) being inserted between the supporting flaps(34) of the rotating member(30) and being opened at the lower surface thereof and a pair of a bosses being protruded in the left and right surfaces of the main body(42). An upper and lower rotating unit comprises a supporting panel(50) having an inserting slot and an upper and lower rotating member(60) being bent in the upper direction and penetrating the supporting panel(50) through the inserting slot. The left and right rotating unit and the upper and lower rotating unit are connected thereto by engaging the boss(44) of the connecting member(40) to an engaging slot(60a) of the upper and lower rotating member(60). An upper and lower angle adjusting bolt(62) being combined to the connecting member(40) penetrates an upper and lower rotating slot(60b) of the upper and lower rotating member(60).
