<p>PURPOSE:To stably execute a position indicating input operation extending over a long period even under an adverse environment by constituting the device so that an input panel provided with at output part for outputting a pressure detecting signal applied to a minute pressure sensor is used as a position indicating signal and an input operation for executing a movement is executed while pressing down thereon with a hand finger, etc. CONSTITUTION:An input panel is constituted by opposing mutually the respective strip-like electrodes 8 of panel half bodies 9a, 9b in which an electrode film 8 is left behind like a strip on a substrate 7 so as to be orthogonal to the X direction and the Y direction, and forming and superposing an insulating dot spacer 10 so that each electrode 8 does not come into contact with one opposed surface by non-pressure. In such a state, when an operator executes movement operation while holding his hand finger on the input panel, the opposed electrodes 8 come into contact with each other and are short-circuited on the input panel, and a position signal of the short circuit part is inputted to an input processor. In the input processor, positioning of a mouse cursor, and a decision processing of a click and a drag is executed.</p> |
