摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To provide a highly reliable high speed reclosing ground system which can prevent occurrence of regrounding in a power system by detecting a failure in the interruption of inductive current after opening function of the high speed reclosing ground system. CONSTITUTION:Upon occurrence of a single line-to-ground fault due to reverse flashover arc produced across an insulator string arc hone of a transmission line 2, an inductive current flows into the ground fault transmission line 2 after it is open-circuited by the open pole function of a circuit breaker 11 for transmission line. When the reverse flashover arc is sustained, it is extinguished by the closing function of a high speed reclosing ground unit 12 which is subsequently opened to interrupt the inductive current. The ground fault transmission line 2 is then reclosed at high speed by the closing function of the circuit breaker 11. The failure in the interruption of inductive current is detected through a current transformer 21 interposed between the service entrance 1 of transmission line to a system and the ground unit 12.</p> |
