Continuous hygienic cover for shopping trolley handle - uses paper or foil over handle unwound from roll onto take up roll

The device to provide shopping trolley handles with a continuous supply of hygienic protective cover, consists of a container (2) fitted rigidly or swinging freely underneath the trolley handle (1). Inside the container a roll (3) with a unused length of wound foil or hygienic paper and a take up roll (4) for used foil are fitted. The foil (7) is fed from the first roll through a slot at the top of the container, passed around the handle and returned through the slot to the take-up roll. The foil is fed onwards by the user by means of a handwheel or mechanism on one side of the container.
