PURPOSE:To grasp the using state information on a memory of a radio calling receiver and to improve the system availability by preparing a control information storing area in the memory and reading out the control information via a mobile information terminal equipment to display this information on a terminal. CONSTITUTION:A control part 60 of a radio calling receiver 6 writes the in/out-of-range information with which a receiver 61 extracts and detects the area information out of a telegram/telegraph message, the consumed capacity of a memory 50 which is estimated by a memory assignment information memory 64, the information detected by a control circuit 65 and showing whether a drive battery has its voltage lower than a fixed level or less or not to a system information memory 63 as the control information. Then the radio calling MODEM monitor software of a mobile information terminal equipment 7 connected to a terminal 13 sends a control information sending command to the receiver 6. Thus the part 60 sends the control information to the equipment 7 through the terminal 13, and the MODEM monitor software displays the control information on the screen of the equipment 7. In such a constitution, a user can receive data while confirming various information necessary for the MODEM function through a terminal and then can acquire the information of higher grades.
