<p>Thermostatic valve comprising a working element the casing of which is mounted in a stationary position by means of a support (13) formed of a shaped piece of sheet metal, and the piston of which is equipped with a valve head loaded by a spring tending to push it back against its seat, the support including a flange fitting in between a connecting pipe and a case element. The support (13) and the pipe (22) are joined together so as to constitute a transportable module, the pipe internally includes rests (23, 24) for the spring (21), and the assembly of the support (13) and of the pipe (22) is designed so that its retaining force exceeds the prestress of the spring (21). Application in particular to regulating the temperature of the cooling fluid (coolant) of a vehicle internal combustion engine. <IMAGE></p> |
