PURPOSE:To deposit a filter to the inner wall of a drip chamber by inserting the filter attached to a core bar body in the inner wall of the drip chamber body and pinching the drip chamber body with upper and lower metal molds to supply high frequency to the core bar, the lower metal mold and through an earth line to the upper metal mold. CONSTITUTION:A drip chamber body 14 is secured fixedly to an attaching groove 6a of a lower metal mold 6 and a filter 16 is attached to a body 9 of a core bar 7. Then, the filter 16 is inserted in the inner wall of drip chamber 14 and an attaching groove 5a of an upper metal mold 5 is attached to the drip chamber 14. Thereafter, the drip chamber 14 is pinched by the metal molds 5, 6 to supply high frequency to the core bar 7 and the lower metal mold 6. The high frequency supplied to the lower metal mold 6 is simultaneously supplied through an earth line 13 to the upper metal mold 5. Thus, melted resin in the filter 16 and the drip chamber 14 is absorbed and deposited to a groove 12 formed on the outer peripheral surface of a ring 10 inserted in the body 9 of core bar 7. |
