<p>PURPOSE:To provide the production of a toner which has stable electrification properties even under high temp. and high humidity ambient conditions since a charge control agent and organic resin fine particles are firmly and uniformly deposited on the surfaces of colored polymer particles and further shows stable chargeability even at the time of performing printing many times repeatedly. CONSTITUTION:The production of the toner comprises: (a) a stage, in which a dispersed mixture contg. colored polymer particles, a charge control agent and organic resin fine particles in at least one aqueous medium is prepared; (b) a stage, in which the charge control agent and the organic resin fine particles are deposited on the surfaces of the colored polymer particles by the salting out; (c) a stage, in which the colored polymer particles resulting from the stage (b) are dried; (d) the organic resin particles are converted into film on the surfaces of the colored polymer particles resulting from the stage (c) by applying mechanically an impact on the colored polymer particles resulting from the stage (c).</p> |
