<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a toner having low density of org. solvent remaining in the resin and excellent blocking resistance. CONSTITUTION:A high mol.wt. polymer component is supplied from a first source supply part 5 of a kneading extruder 10 to a cylinder, while a low mol.wt. polymer component distilled to remove an org. solvent is supplied after soln. polymn. from the second source supply part 6 of the kneader extruder 10 into the cylinder. An additive containing at least a coloring agent is supplied to the supply hopper 9 and supplied to the cylinder from the first source supply part 5. Thus, the high mol.wt. polymer component molten in the cylinder, the low mol.wt. polymer component, and the additive are kneaded.</p> |
