The invention relates to a pressure-sensitive dispersion adhesive which is characterised in that it comprises a mixture of the following components: A) from 10 to 90 % by weight of acrylate-vinyl acetate-acrylic acid copolymer with 2 to 8 carbon atoms in the alcohol component of the acrylate and, based on the copolymer, from 5 to 70% by weight of vinyl acetate and from 0.5 to 15% by weight of acrylic acid, K value according to Fikentscher: from 85 to 120 (measured according to DIN 51562 in tetrahydrofuran), B) from 5 to 50% by weight of acrylate-vinyl acetate-acrylic acid copolymer with 4 to 8 carbon atoms in the alcohol component of the acrylate and, based on the copolymer, from 0.5 to 15% by weight of acrylic acid, K value according to Fikentscher: from 50 to 80 (measured according to DIN 51562 in tetrahydrofuran), and C) from 5 to 40% by weight of acrylate-acrylic acid copolymer with 4 to 8 carbon atoms in the alcohol component of the acrylate and, based on the copolymer, from 0.5 to 10% by weight of acrylic acid, K value according to Fikentscher: from 25 to 65 (measured according to DIN 51562 in tetrahydrofuran) and, if desired, conventional additives. Also described is the use of this dispersion contact adhesive for the production of self-adhesive, transparent surface protection films.
