摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent an insulating coating for preventing an electrolytic corrosion from being separated in a roller bearing by priming a phospate prime-coating on the inner and outer races of the bearing and integrally forming a fluorine resin coating on the prime-coating by a baking process. CONSTITUTION:Phosphate prime-coating 5 is primed on the entire outer peripheral and end surfaces 11 and 12 of the outer race 1 of a roller bearing. A fluorine resin coating 6 for preventing an electrolytic corrosion is integrally formed on the prime- coating. Thus, both the coatings are strongly bonded to thereby prevent the insulating coating from being separated when assembling the bearing. |
