PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing an embroidery having a quite new visual appearance (touch) by fixing decorative materials such as a metal foil and a flock on an embroidery. CONSTITUTION:Embroidery is carried out by using an embroidery thread composed of a combination of a hot melt yarn and a general yarn and decorative materials such as a metal foil and a flock are put thereon. After heating, the transfer paper of the decorative materials is released and the decorative materials such as the metal foil and the flock are fixed on the embroidery pattern thereby. In addition, fixation of decorative materials on a fabric may be carried out by embroidering the fabric using only a hot melt yarn, putting the decorative materials thereon and heating it. Further, fixation of decorative materials on a fabric may be carried out by forming a fabric using a thread composed of a combination of a hot melt yarn and a general yarn, putting the decorative materials thereon and heating it. |
