PURPOSE:To facilitate handling and to reduce a cost by providing both dehumidifying and humidifying functions. CONSTITUTION:The dehumidifying humidifying apparatus comprises a case 1 having a suction port 4 formed at a lower part and an exhaust port 5 formed at an upper part, a Peltier element 9 contained in the case 1, a dehumidifying/ cooling unit 10 connected to a heat absorption surface of the element 9, a drying.heat dissipating unit 11 connected to a heat radiating surface of the element 9 and provided at an upper position of the unit 10, and a dehumidified water receiver 13 provided under the unit 10. Further, the apparatus comprises a water tank 3 telescopically provided under the receiver 13 to store water of the receiver 13, a water level detection switch 14 provided in the tank 3 to stop energization of the element 9 at the time of full water, an evaporator 15 provided in the tank 3 to evaporate water in the tank 3, and a manual switch for switching energization from the element 9 to the evaporator 15. |
