PURPOSE:To manufacture with good accuracy a continuous material with its cross section shape varying along the longitudinal direction by lessening the variation of resin pressure, forming a varying section with its dimension in the height direction and the dimension in the width direction of its cross section shape varying along the longitudinal direction and integrating the varying section with a regular shaped section. CONSTITUTION:The position of a mold face 18 with varying depth and width is moved by feeding a regular component 2 with its sectional face shape of partially given shape from a regular component feed line 12 of an extrusion molding die 10, while resin 14 is fed into a resin feed line 13 and a movable mold 17 is rotated. When the opening degree of either of an outlet 15a of a varying section forming line 15 or of an outlet 16a of a resin discharge line 16 gets larger, the opening degree is so controlled as to make the opening degree of the other outlet form a varying component 3 with varying dimension in the height direction and the dimension in the width direction of its cross face shape, and the regular component 2 is integrated with the varying component 3 to manufacture a continuous material 1 with varying cross sectional shape. |
