A Portable pen size brush for tooth comprises a brush head section with an elongated longitudinal axis having a hollow canal from the base (Distal end) to the bristle area (Proximal end) of the brush head which allows tooth cleaning or bacterial preventing or protecting or whitening (agents or gel and or paste form) and or any of the above combinations to travel from the distal end to the proximal end when pressure is apply by the mechanical actions in the handle section. The handle section consist of a longitudinal hollow tube (capable of storing the above mentioned agents,paste, or gel) with both proximal and distal end threaded internally for attachment to the brush head section and the rotary end unit. When handle section is not connected, common tooth paste tube can be thread into either end to provide refill tooth paste into the hollow of the handle section. The rotary end unit consist of an elevating system which raises or lowers a platform within the handle when turned. The portable tooth brush is a seal system. Where when the rotary end unit is turned, the platform will push tooth paste inside the handle towards the distal end of the brush head section, where the tooth paste will travel to the proximal end of the brush head, exiting to the bristle of the brush head section. The brush head section will be covered (caped) when not in use. This system provides more brushing opportunities for everyone, since tooth paste and tooth brush are build into a single pen size portable system.
