The balance adjusting device comprises boring head (1) which has perforatedholder-supporting hole (4b) on the side part of second tool holder (4) for adjusting the eccentricity of boring head simultaneously for boring operations. The balance adjusting device can get rid of shake phenomenon owing to the adjustment of eccentricity to improve the workabkility.
