<p>PURPOSE:To provide a guiding lamp device and a guiding illumination system using the guiding lamp device which can reduce the electric power consumed for preheating and can prolong the lamp lighting time. CONSTITUTION:A guiding lamp device 1 reflects the light emitted from a light source 30 by a reflector 40 and radiates the light to the outside. The light source 30 uses a cold cathode fluorescent lamp which has a valve diameter of 10mm or less, the lamp current of 10mA or less, and the lamp power of 3W or less. Therefore, any special preheating process is not required for starting, and the preheating power can be eliminated or minimized. As a result, the lamp lighting time is prolonged.</p> |
