<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stable measured value reduced in drift by reducing the effect due to temp. of an interference filter in an infrared analyser. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disc 23a having an interference filter 23a-1 optically diffracting measuring light and reference light arranged thereon is hermetically closed in a thermostatic tank 23 and the temp. in the thermostatic tank 23 is regulated by a heater 23 and detected by a temp. sensor 23c. The supply of a current to the heater 23b is controlled on the basis of the detected temp. by a temp. controller and the temp. in the thermostatic tank 23 is subjected to PID control. A PID value is set by an automatic tuning system.</p> |
