PURPOSE: To guide a gas flow, to store a bag and an inflator, to integrally provide a diffuser and to lighten it by providing first and second end parts provided opposed to a gutter type body and providing a plural number of mounting parts for end part closers on each of these end parts. CONSTITUTION: A top panel 30 to be connected to a diffuser tube 20 on a reaction canister 14 and a bottom panel are structured singularly, a cavity. 38 is partitioned by second end part plates 34, 36, and an air bag 16 is stored. Additionally, an inflator 24 is held in the diffuser tube 20 between the end part plates 34 and 36. Therefater, a circular opening part 40 is provided on the second end part plate 36, and the end part plates 34, 36 are held by a nut 50 on a stud 46 provided on a second end part of the inflator 24. The end part plates 34, 36 are mounted on the bottom panel 32 and the top panel 30 by propulsion screws 52 and 54. |
