PURPOSE:To provide a driving apparatus for an ink jet device which can print stably at a high speed by a method wherein fluctuation in pressure in an ink chamber when ink is jetted, is made constant. CONSTITUTION:A drive circuit is composed of a charging circuit 87 and a discharging circuit 88, and they are connected to each other via partial resistors Rc and Rg. When only an input signal X is turned on, a transistor Tc is conducted, and an electric potential of 3V/2 is added to an electrode E of a capacitor 91 via the resistor Rc. When only an input signal Y is turned on, a transistor Tg is conducted, and an electric potential of zero V is added to the electrode E of the capacitor 91. Then, when the input signals X and Y are simultaneously turned on, both the transistors Tc and Tg are conducted, a voltage at both ends of the Rc becomes V, a voltage at both ends of the Rg becomes V/2, and an electric potential of the electrode E becomes about V/2 to the ground. |
