PURPOSE:To reduce assembly man-hours and improve productivity by a method wherein a chamber partition plate and a fan mount plate are integrally formed into one piece and a drain pan is held by the edge of the fan mount plate. CONSTITUTION:A chamber partition plate and a fan mount plate are integrally formed into one piece to form a fan mount plate 20. A retainer which holds a stopper 13 of a fan casing 1 is formed at one edge of the fan mount plate 20 and a drain pan receiver 22 having a nearly U-shaped cross section at the other edge. The drain pan 10 is mounted in the drain receiver 22 and fixed with screws, and a piece at the edge of the drain receiver 22 serves as a partition plate 23 which divides a chamber 9 from the drain pan 10. Thus, as the chamber partition plate 23 is formed as an integral part of the fan mount plate 20, parts are integrated into one piece, resulting in a reduction of the number of parts and in a cost down, and the integration leads to an improvement of productivity due to a reduction of assembly man-hours. |
