PURPOSE:To recongize whether or not a planned production is completed within the period of time at the time of planning production by providing a calculating means which obtains the period until the stock of parts is nil from part stock quantity, the necessary number of the parts of a product, and tact time. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with the calculating means which obtains the period until the stock of parts is nil from the part stock quantity, the necessary quantity of the parts of the product, and tact time, and a means which detects a time when the production plan until the time of delivery is absent. At first, the merchandise name, quantity, and time of delivery of merchandise to be produced are inputted. Next, a necessary number I1 of the parts for producing the merchandise is calculated. Then, a stock I2 of the parts is read. When I1 > I2, a procedure is operated again. When I2 > I1, a time T1 required for establishing the product is calculated. Then, an empty time T2 until the time of delivery is calculated. When T1 > T2, the procedure is repeated. When T2 > T1, the plan is set in the empty time. |
