PURPOSE: To provide an auxiliary for textile finishing process composed of a specific homopolymer or copolymer to prevent a crease and a related dyeing irregularity caused by jet stream dyeing or during dyeing at a wince bathtub. CONSTITUTION: When dyeing a textile by using a wince dyeing apparatus or a jet stream dyeing apparatus a crease generated during the dyeing and its related dyeing irregularity are effectively prevented by adding an anticrease agent formed of acryl amide homopolymer or acryl amide/acryl acid copolymer (70-100 wt.% acryl amide and 0-30 wt.% acryl acid based on the weight of the polymer) in an amount of <0.04 g per liter of dye liquor in an exhaust dyeing process, or by treating beforehand the textile before dyeing. The auxiliary is used effectively for dyeing of cellulose type fiber by direct dye, vat dye, reactive dye or dyeing polyester type fiber by anionic dye, particularly metal containing dye, dyeing polyester type fiber by disperse dye and dyeing acryl type fiber by cationic dye. |
