HEPARIN-LIKE RECEPTOR BONDING REGION AND HEMAGGLUTINATION (HA) ACTIVE REGION ON AUJESKY'S DISEASE VIRUS GIII PROTEIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To determine the heparin-bonding region and an HA active region on the Aujesky's disease virus gill protein participating in the adsorption to a host cell and to induce an antibody (neutralizing antibody) to inhibit the adsorption of the virus on a cell by using the former region as an immunogen. CONSTITUTION:The bonding region to a heparin-like receptor of a host cell and consisting of the DNA region from the 64th nucleic acid to the 5'-terminal Tth111I on the Aujesky's disease virus gIII gene capable of coding for a peptide having neutralizing antibody inducing activity.
