PURPOSE:To provide a highly accurate positioning method, whose response speed is quick, in the positioning control of a motor. CONSTITUTION:In a speed command generator 6, the speed command satisfying a given distance of movement is generated with respect to time and imparted into a speed control system. At the same time, the deviation between the speed command and a motor speed is obtained with a speed-error compensator 10. The speed command is corrected by using the deviation, and the result is given to the speed control system. |
