<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the troubles occurring at the window of a hospital, etc., and also to enable the patients to always and simply confirm the end of their accounting calculations by notifying automatically the patients waiting for payment of their consultation fees about the end of the accounting calculations. CONSTITUTION:The accounting calculation result of each patient and the information on the end of accounting calculation are supplied to a patient fee file 1 from a calculation result input means 10. At the same time, the payment result of each patient and the information on the end of payment are supplied to the fire 1 from a payment result input means 11 respectively. Then a payment waiting patient extracting means 12 extracts the patients who received the information on the end of accounting calculations and received no information on the end of payment from the file 1. Meanwhile the names of these extracted patients are retrieved from a patient basic file 2 and stored in a payment waiting patient file 3. Then these stored names are shown on a display 13 by a payment waiting patient name display means 14.</p> |
