<p>PURPOSE:To improve mold release durability, surface stain proofing, and surface lubricity for the effective utilization as various rolls by laminating the first silicone rubber layer with a specified composition and the second cured silicone layer with a specified composition on the surface of a roll substrate. CONSTITUTION:The first silicone rubber layer placed on the surface of a roll substrate is obtained by curing organopolysiloxane, the average composition of which is shown by the expression I where R, which can be identical, is a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group such as an alkyl and an alkenyl group, while (a) being 1.90-2.05. The average composition of the second condensation-cured silicone layer is shown by the expression II where R, which can be identical, is a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, while (b) being 1-1.49, and X is a hydroxyl or a hydrolysis-capable group, while (c) being 0.01-0.5, with a condition of b+c=1.01-1.5.</p> |
